All SM Royal Circle events are private and invitation-only. Tickets, invitations, and approvals are non-transferable. Entry is granted solely at the discretion of SM Royal Circle.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, including in cases of schedule changes, personal circumstances, or removal due to policy violations.
Guests attend events at their own risk. SM Royal Circle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, nor for personal injury, illness, or incidents occurring during the event. By attending, you accept full personal responsibility.
SM Royal Circle maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, or any conduct that disrupts the experience of others. This includes verbal, physical, or non-verbal misconduct of any kind. Discretion is mandatory.
Many events — especially Inner Circle and members-only gatherings — require strict discretion. No unauthorized photography, videography, or audio recording. No posting, tagging, or sharing other guests without explicit consent. Certain events may enforce no-phone policies. Failure to comply may result in removal and potential legal action.
Guests must adhere to the specified dress code for each event. SM Royal Circle reserves the right to deny entry at the door for failure to meet dress standards, without refund.
SM Royal Circle reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel tickets, or remove any guest at any time, for any reason, to maintain the integrity, safety, and experience of the community.
